Paul has spent nearly thirty years in the rooms where law firms are actually run — as Chief Executive, Managing Director, Chair of Board, and COO across firms in the UK and Canada.

His experience is unusually broad. He's worked with barristers' chambers and solicitors', across public and private law, in firms ranging from 12 to 110 partners. He's seen what works at each scale — and what breaks when firms grow without intention.

Today, he works alongside managing partners and senior leadership teams to build strategy that sticks, partnerships that pull together, and profitability that improves year on year.
