Paul Wilson
Paul has spent nearly thirty years in the rooms where law firms are actually run — as Chief Executive, Managing Director, Chair of Board, and COO across firms in the UK and Canada.
His experience is unusually broad. He's worked with barristers' chambers and solicitors' practices, across public and private law, in firms ranging from 12 to 110 partners. He's seen what works at every scale — and what breaks when firms grow without intention.
Today, he works alongside managing partners and senior leadership teams to build strategy that sticks, partnerships that pull together, and profitability that improves year on year.

Melanie Gammon
Mel has spent the last 18 years building high performing cultures in professional services. Prior to this she was a hands-on HR Director in industry. A qualified Executive Coach she has immense experience dealing with the wide range of partner, practitioner and staff challenges that arise as firms’ change and we work across generations.
Mel has worked at the most senior levels of Deloitte in Canada making sense of the changing people environment and helping leaders make decisions to drive improve leadership training, employee experience and translate that to profitability.
